From April 1 to 2, 2019, the annual working meeting of Longyuan Group was held in Junlan Hotel of Hangzhou World Trade Organization. Lai Zhenyuan, chairman of the Group, made an important speech. Lai Chaohui, vice chairman and President of the Group, made a theme report entitled "Unswervingly Promoting the High Quality Development of Longyuan". The meeting continued the eight-character policy of "strengthening the body, strengthening the bones and building new ones", reviewed and summarized the work in 2018, studied and deployed the tasks in 2019, made plans early, prepared early, encouraged all Longyuan people to continue to shoulder their dreams and missions, promoted the transformation, upgrading and development of the group, and welcomed the better future with a new attitude.

In his speech, Chairman Lai Zhenyuan pointed out that the past quarter of 2019 has passed, and each of us has a considerable task. He put forward three requirements for his work in 2019:

First, the four "can't forget"

We must not forget our corporate culture of "service with heart". We must not forget our old friends who helped us tremendously in the development of Longyuan. We must not forget the hard work of Longyuan when he first came to Shanghai. We must not forget the old Longyuan people who made great contributions to Longyuan and the migrant workers who worked hard in the front line.

Second, new projects do not have old problems

This is easy to say and difficult to do. We can't repeat a mistake or let the problem persist. We should make concerted efforts to prevent problems and control risks, so that projects can proceed smoothly on the basis of legitimacy and compliance, and make greater contributions to the continued development of the company.

Third, change the thinking of enterprise management

As the scale of the company is gradually expanding, we should change the thinking of enterprise management instead of using old ideas and methods. As a decision-making level, the group company should use service guidance and supervision to upgrade Longyuan's management to a new level.


In his work report, President Lai Chaohui pointed out that in 2018, the group company faced new forms and new normal conditions, and made good achievements in accordance with the eight-character policy of "strengthening the body, strengthening the bones and developing the new".

Lai Chaohui stressed that 2019 is a year in which opportunities and challenges coexist. We need to build confidence, clear direction, excellent enterprises, adhere to first-class standards, unswervingly promote the transformation and upgrading of the group, strive to achieve higher quality development of the group, and strive to build the group into a "good city builder, happy life operator".

According to this general idea, the management of the group has determined ten working objectives for 2019 and defined four main tasks for the whole year: first, to strengthen the main business and seize opportunities to open up the market; second, to enhance the capital operation ability and transform the basic aspects of the enterprise; third, to consolidate the foundation of enterprise management and comprehensively enhance enterprise management. Fourthly, we should strengthen the construction of talent team and enhance the brand influence of enterprises.


The one-and-a-half-day meeting also set a rich agenda: senior managers of all lines shared the summary of 2018 and the plan of 2019; the chairman's speech, the president's work report and related work topics were discussed in groups by the operation management group, the construction general contracting group, the investment management group and the financial management group; and the excellent staff representatives held group discussions on the summary of 2018 and the plan of 2019.
